Description
An attacker with access via network to the Regesta Smart HD-PLC of the provider Teldat (in this case, NO registration action is required) who has the vulnerable software could, with a Slow Loris attack, cause Denial of Service (DoS) on the web interface of the device. This issue affects Regesta Smart HD-PLC - TLDPH16D2:

A Slow Loris HTTP DoS attack can be performed against the web interface of the Regesta Smart HD-PLC device (model TLDPH16D2, version 11.02.05.10.02) by an attacker with network access, requiring no authentication. The attack keeps HTTP connections open slowly, exhausting server resources and causing denial of service.
Mitigation
Apply firmware updates from Teldat if available, or implement network-level protections such as web application firewalls, connection timeouts, and rate limiting to mitigate Slow Loris attacks.
